This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data that EthicaLogic collects, processes, or stores in connection with any interaction you have with us, including but not limited to:

- Engaging our consulting, training, or professional services

It does not cover client data we process under a written services contract; such processing is governed by that contract and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

- “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data.
Other capitalised terms have the meanings given in the GDPR or EU AI Act.

We do not intentionally collect children’s data and our services target persons 16+.
5. Why & On What Basis We Process Your Data
Purposes and legal bases include:

- Responding to inquiries: contractual necessity

- Improving services: legitimate interests
- Performing services: contract necessity
